SMS Messaging Policy

This policy describes how Sweent LLC obtains consent for SMS messaging, the types of messages we send, and how recipients can opt out at any time.

Client Messaging
Audience: Enterprise and government clients with active service engagements with Sweent LLC.
Message types: Project coordination, schedule confirmations, deployment notifications, and status updates for contracted work. Conversational two-way support replies.
How clients opt in: Clients provide their mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our Contact form. Consent may also be captured in signed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work.
Sample messages:
"Sweent: Confirming our kickoff call tomorrow at 2pm ET. Reply YES to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
"Sweent: Your deployment to staging is complete. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Employee Messaging
Audience: Sweent LLC employees.
Message types: Company event reminders, urgent operational alerts, and HR-related announcements.
How employees opt in: Consent is captured during new-hire onboarding. Employees provide their mobile number and sign a consent form authorizing internal SMS notifications. Consent is documented and stored securely in each employee's file.
Disclosures (apply to all SMS recipients)
- Message frequency varies by engagement; typical volume is fewer than 1,000 messages per month across all recipients.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Reply HELP for support information.
- We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Opt-outs are processed within one business day.
